1. Do you need to register an account to order?

No, but registering an account will be more convenient for you to make more future purchases. However, an account will be automatically created for customers once they made their first purchase with us. The login details will be emailed to you.

2. What is the difference between Singpost Normal and Singpost Registered Mail?

We provide free shipping, which is delivered by Singpost Normal Mail, which is standard mailing by singpost. By upgrading to Singpost Registered Mail, your package will be sent to your doorstep. You will also add more security to your package and make tracking your package online possible.

3. How do I know if my payment is succesful?

You can check the status of your order when you log into your account.
Awaiting Payment - We are still awaiting your payment before we can delivery your orders.
Awaiting Fulfilment - We have received your payment and is preparing to ship out your order.
Shipped - We have shipped out your order via the shipping method you have chosen and you should receive it soon.

4. How long will I receive my items?

Orders will be sent within 1-2 days after payment is made. Therefore, you should receive your orders usually within between 1-3 working days. It may be faster if you opt for registered mail. Therefore, you should make your payment promptly to avoid any delay of your order.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to virtually anywhere in the world. Shipment is by Singpost Registered Air Mail. Shipping charges will automatically be calculated for customers upon checkout.
